You're joining an established delivery team that already has rhythm. Sales closes the deal. Client success owns the relationship. You make the automations work.

You'll pick up briefs from the delivery lead, build to our existing standards and templates, and ship clean workflows that go live on time — every time. This is a heads-down contract role. You won't be on sales calls or managing client relationships.
  • Lead capture and CRM enrichment — auto-qualify, tag, and route inbound enquiries
  • Follow-up and nurture sequences triggered by behaviour, status changes, or time
  • Onboarding flows — from signed proposal to first meeting, zero manual steps
  • Document generation from form or CRM data (proposals, leases, briefs, reports)
  • Internal ops automations — task creation, team notifications, internal alerts
  • AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows — autonomous task completion, tool use, and decision-making
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations — connecting AI models to client tools and data sources
  • Reporting and dashboard feeds from multiple source systems
  • Integrations between CRMs, property management software, inboxes, and booking tools

You should be comfortable picking up new tools fast — the stack evolves. Familiarity across as many of these as possible is a strong signal.

  • Receive briefs from the delivery team and build automation workflows end-to-end
  • Set up, configure, and test automation scenarios across client accounts
  • Integrate AI into workflows for drafting, classification, and data extraction
  • Connect client tools via API, webhook, and native integrations
  • Write clear documentation for every workflow you build
  • Maintain and improve existing client automations as platforms change or needs evolve
  • Contribute to our growing library of internal templates and reusable components
  • Flag scope creep, blockers, or technical risks to the delivery lead early
  • Stay current with platform updates and new automation capabilities
  • A builder by instinct — you'd rather wire something up than talk about wiring it up
  • Meticulous with logic — you test edge cases before they become client problems
  • Self-directed — you manage your own queue, hit your own deadlines, and flag issues early
  • Genuinely curious about AI — you've already been playing with LLMs in your own workflows
  • Clear in writing — your docs and messages are concise and unambiguous
  • Comfortable working async and independently — we run a tight operation and don't micromanage
  • 2+ years building production automations
  • Proven ability to connect APIs, parse JSON, and troubleshoot webhook failures
  • Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows — tool use, multi-step reasoning, autonomous task execution
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar patterns for connecting AI to external systems
  • Strong written English for documentation and async team communication
  • A portfolio or examples of real automations you've built — we will ask to see them
Experience with Australian property, finance, or recruitment tech stacks · Basic coding (JavaScript / Python) · Familiarity with prompt engineering and structured output from LLMs · Prior experience in a productised services or automation agency environment
  • Contract engagement — ongoing work as our client base grows, with consistent volume
  • Rate based on competence and experience — we pay well for quality
  • Fully remote, async-first — we care about output, not hours logged
  • A structured delivery operation: briefs, templates, and standards already in place
  • Work alongside an experienced team of builders — we only hire the best
  • Supportive team when you need it. We lift each other up and push each other forward
  • Exposure to a broad range of industries and software stacks
  • Potential to increase hours and scope as the team grows
  • Access to paid tooling and platform subscriptions
