It started with a
very painful Tuesday
Our founder spent five years running operations for a fast-growing property management group in Sydney and then Brisbane. Every Tuesday was the same: three hours of copy-pasting maintenance requests, chasing rent arrears, and writing inspection reports that should have taken 20 minutes.
"I knew the technology existed to automate all of this. I just didn't have the time to build it myself. So I hired someone who could — and then another, and then another."
In 2022, we started building automation systems for a handful of PM businesses. The results were immediate. Within six months we'd expanded into mortgage broking and recruitment. Today we serve 120+ Australian businesses across six industries.
